"Views" on channel question

Just wondering out of curiosity, when you look at your channel, it has the number of subscribers there, and next to it is a "views" number. Is that the number of views your channel has? Or is it the number of views all of your videos combined has?

All your public videos combined. Any unlisted/private videos do not count towards that number.

That's what I was thinking, and I discovered something somewhat shocking about my channel.

I have 172 videos uploaded in total, but the top 4 most popular videos account for more than half of the views I've ever had. And the annoying thing is those videos aren't even any good, why can't my good videos get those views? 2 of the 4 most popular videos took literally under 30 seconds to make, and 3 of the most 5 popular videos...

There are so many bad videos on my channel I've wanted to go and delete on several occasions, but I can never bring myself to do it because those videos were the most successful.
