Hello, let me first start off by saying that I am a total novice at this. I am working with our youth hockey program, as a volunteer parent, to try to live stream our games for other parents who cannot be there in person. I did the first video and uploaded it, and unfortunately, it has no sound. I have confirmed that my microphone is on, and when I take other videos on my iPad, the sound works fine. It’s infuriating, and I cannot figure out why the videos I recorded through the YouTube app do not have sound. Secondly, although we have reached at least 50 subscribers and have gone through the verification and waited more than 24 hours, we are unable to go live. When I select to go live, it tells me to try creating more shorts to reach 50 subscribers. Anyone have any tips? I’m finding it really difficult to find information on these issues in the forums.
