Video not processing. Shall I kill my channel and start a new one?

My channel is two years old and doing sort of decently: 4200 subscribers and about 500 views average per day. I have a bit over 100 videos and the channel is monetized.
I had two breaks of 3 months each, because I moved to another country and that really affected the channel growth, but in the last 3 months I have been concentrating on the channel and it was start to grow much faster.
The problem is that every time I upload a video, it gets stuck at 0% processing and it takes about 4 days of huge stress, contacting support, and so far it ends up somehow being processed.
This happens with my main channel, but if I upload to another dummy channel I have, the video process immediately, like a breeze.
YouTube support doesn't help in any way with this issue and under these condition it is certainly not worth to put all the needed time and effort to grow a channel.
My idea would be to kill my main channel and little by little upload my most successful videos to a brand new channel, as I don't see any other solution.
Is that possible?

I doubt the upload issues are your channel being punished. It's more likely to be an issue with your internet connect and/or the browser.

I'd recommend:

-Clear the cache and cookies of your browser and logout of YT.
- Log back in and try again. :)

Thank you Crown,
I did clear cache and cookies, also tried different browsers.
Since I can upload perfectly from the same computer and internet connection on my second channel, the culprit can only be my channel.
I don't mean my channel being punished, just something wrong with it.
When this thing happened the first time (now it is the fourth time), after a few days trying everything, I realise that in my AdSense account my phone number was missing. As soon as I entered it, the problem disappeared.
Also I haven't been able to access my AdSense account for over a month from Chrome, and I get an error message. I can access it from Firefox, and it seems to be something strange about the crawler, but I really cannot make up what they mean
