Very Long Advertisements, over an hour (Screenshots)

(Not sure where this belongs, change if need be, thanks)
Hello, the other day I clicked on one of my videos to check if everything was on the up and up with content and what not. Usually I just skip the ad but this time considering how long it was, I let it play. It was over an hour and it turned out to be a networking seminar put on by TrainSignal. I asked some of my subscribers and they noted that they too received the same ad.

QUESTIONS:
Considering my channel is News & Politics, why are networking ads coming up?
Has anyone else on here seen these ads before?
Don't I still get paid if they view more than thirty seconds of the ad?

BTW, checked the CPM and I think it was $304

WOAH those are crazy long ads, I've actually never seen ad so long before, that insane.
Yes, you still get paid the same I believe.. I just think the person who set up the ad has a lower payout rate because they dont get many full views of the video.

Advertisers can promote any video they want regardless of the length with a True-View advert but pre-rolls are capped at 30 seconds :)

To be paid for a true-view ad, in this instance the viewer would have to watch the whole hour long video. Though, I doubt that would show up often considering the length.

wow i never seen an ad that long before myself they say you learn something new everyday..the photos provided look legit indeed:)
