Using Video Game Music In Your Videos

Hey everyone, I have seen a lot of people use video game music in their videos, is this an acceptable thing to do? Will you get copy right claims etc?

I know some rights to the older video games don't matter any more, so using some snes music seems to be okay but just need more clarity.

It is okay but you must acknowledge the copy right claim - which you'll be prompted to do.. If you look at some of my fifa vids in the descripion, i have that trouble and had to do it
