Hello we just got partnered and made a background previously as we have been working towards it but have no idea how to use it and put links on any help? Please

Upload the banned section of the background to this website: http:// www. image-maps .com/
then just drag boxes or circles around the parts you want to have links in.. and copy and paste the links into the box that pops up. I wouldn't spend to much time doing it though as we are losing backgrounds to the new channel layouts in 11 days.
