Hey guys I may have asked this question a week ago but I didn't get a clear answer do I have to get permission if music I use in montages does NOT have copyright claims because I signed up for a partnership, I got rejected due to content not belonging to me ( content ID claims) and when I removed those videos I got accepted for a fullscreen partnership I just want to make sure that if a owner finds my videos they wont file copyright????????
use music without copyright claims do I need permission???

If you didn't create it yourself, and it doesn't have a royalty-free license then you will need permission, even if the copyright claim isn't there on youtube.
