Under 18 partnership?

Obviously i am no where near good enough to get partnered yet, was just wondering if i could get partnered even though i am not 18 yet, so i cant get adsense etc. any help?

I don't think you can. I would just wait until you are 18. That gives you a chance to build up your audience. That's what I am doing until I turn 18.
