Two people upload the same video?

Ok this might be posted in the wrong thread but i'm pretty sure it fits

Me and a friend are both partnered, and have worked together on a video. My question is can we both upload this same video and monetize it?

Sure don't see why not, make sure you both sign a contract of eachother that you both can upload and monetise it, so when you get in a fight you cannot take eachother down because of it.

That shouldn't be a problem, if there has been no "copying" and it is a joint effort there's no reason why it shouldn't

Yes. People do that all the time with collabs. So I don't think there would be a problem with that

As long as you're both happy to be earning money from the video with no issue when one gets more views than the other.

Yes, I do this all the time haha as my channel has directors so half the videos are on two channels so yeah it is fine my friend.
