For promoting your channel and videos? If for that then mainly Facebook and Twitter and possibly Myspace although Myspace is rather dead these days, to be honest lots of them that could have been useful like hi5, Bebo, Tagged but they are just all too dead these days to really get much from them when promoting.

You could try out social bookmarking, sites like StumbleUpon and stumble your videos as well as others, maybe try things like Digg too although I am not sure how good those work for video promotion. I know they do well for article type videos and informative type stuff.
