Trying to monetize my account and running into issues

Okay so about a year or so back I tried to monetize my account but it wouldn't let me because I wasn't 18. Now that I am 18 I am trying to go back and do it but as soon as I click monetization I just get this:

but whenever I click on the "please try signing up again" all it does is refresh to the same exact message. Any ideas of how I can fix this?

I had this problem, i think that its done, you just have to wait a bit

It's been a bug for a few months now. Typical of course - never gets fixed. It's meant to redirect you to http://www.youtube.com/account_monetization?action_adsense_connection. So there you go
