This is something people get a lot, it says strikes and copyright issues and low views, Just ignore the copyright and strike stuff, You just don't have enough views to be accepted :) Good luck

He is correct , it says you were not accepted for one or more of the resigns which means it could of been for copyright , it could of been for low views etc..

After checking your stats you have not been accepted most lickley due to views!
You need to get 84 Views Per Day , that is 2500 (ish) views per month , which i dont think you currently have!

Do not worry , you will grow!!
 
That is RPM's automated response if you don't have enough views or other reasons. The very bare minimum requirement is 84 views per day, but they will most likey give you a bad contract with a horrible split.

Just grow your channel and partner later :)

this is rly old dude, i made this when i was talking about my old channel which had 130subs and like 500 views daily from 2 vids daily which i deleted. lol
