But usually that shows what the video is about. So the one you have there is fine. Although spelling 'Survey' as 'Survay' is a bit Ghetto for a teenage girl

I always like to see writing on a Thumbnail. I think it just looks more like the person has put some effort in than just having a plain picture. There are exceptions to this, of course. Just my 2p!

Simple as that, too many people abuse the thumbnail privilege and use images of attractive women as theirs gaining views in a way they didn't earn.

the smile and ugly face depends on the mood of the video maybe if youre disguisted, an ugly face? lol and i like to have writing most of the time.
