thumbnails and a banner, thought?

i have some thumbnails and my banner (currently on twatter (xD twitter)) i would like your opinions about, also, do thumbnails really matter?

Yes they do and it the new layout (coming 22nd february) Thumbnails will really be everything because channels have like 20-30 videos displayed on them so thumbnails will be the sense of order.

well then i better start working on minecraft, S4league and league of legends thumbnails
