THUMBNAILS AAAAAHHHH!!!!!

Happened to me today, all I had to do was select one of the screenshots it gives you as a thumnail choice, then I went back to the custom upload selection. Not sure if it'll work for you, but it did for me.

everyone's saying it's on youtube's end, it's happening to a bunch of people so I think we just need to keep trying every few hours till youtube is done updating.
