I think you should make the text stand out more, it blends in with the background to much. Also the avatar doesn't seem to go with the banner. It would look good if they matched. It's getting there tho

You are definitely on the right track man! It's coming together nicely. Remember, Contrast Creates Emphasis. You want your name to stand out because it is important. It is your branding, it's your everything so I'd personally recommend a brighter color. A white a silver or something that will pop =) Besides that it's looking great and I love the theme.
