My YouTube journey has gone so far. I make a year in December and I am very content with my channel. Basically, I remember waiting to hit 10 subscribers and complete my first milestone. Then it was getting 100 views, 50 subs, 100 subs etc. A year later, that hype has died and I'm just trying to find myself and get better. I've seen too many people fall and give up in a year. I wonder what will happen to me. I went from making typical gameplays to gaming skits. I feel solid right about now. Anyway, for some reason I found myself in a Call of Duty network. I'm surrounded by CoD content creators. I'm not complaining at all though. Those guys are extremely supportive and care about each other. I'm just saying that in a year I haven't found 'my' network. Where are the creators like me? I ask myself at times, am I crazy or am I that unique lol
If you view my content you will see I'm not your average creator. I want to find creators like me, in my sub range or willing to work. All I find is the same 'GTA Funny Moments' or 'Call of Duty Troll' videos. Even my grandma is making that type of content come on. It'd be nice to find people I can relate to. I can admit I may be at fault for not looking aggressively but my goodness are we that rare? Even if it's not to collab, it'd be a treat just to sub and watch. Like I said, all I get is Call of Duty and that franchise doesn't really appeal to me. Plot twist: I made a few Call of Duty videos. Oh my the horror, but what do you expect, they just brainwashed me ;8) A year later and I feel good ever since rebranding myself. Be on the lookout for my post on Do's and Dont's for a new channel. I may only have 214 subs but I am filled with information in that field. Thanks for reading.
