Guys,if you have music in a montage or everthing and you got third party matched content,then i have the fix 4 you!It worked for me!My account is ok,with no copyirght strike like that!

You might well get a content owner to simply revert the decision because they think you're harmless, but as said above, the fair use exemption does not cover anything outside of the items listed. Certainly not the repurposing of a work for use in an unrelated context.

I recommend you take a few minutes and read what you copied and pasted.

Claiming a video as visual only, audio-visual or audio only does not make any difference.
