So I've reverted into getting the silent treatment, from both my partner managers, and also from the support team. I'm pretty sick of they way Fullscreen is treating me, I can accept that they won't end my contract (since they wouldn't gain anything from it) but instead of telling me they just avoid me.

I've been playing this game for over a month now, in which I finally get in contact with my manager (After I spend about a week to contact support, to make them make my manager talk to me) And then when I message him, he just asks me to send him a link to my channel, and after that I won't get a response.

I'm sick and tired of being treated like dirt, just because I'm not interested in staying with the network. I told them that other networks such as Union for Gamers offered people with 1000+ subs a 90% gross split and a higher CPM. They told me they'd give me 75% at max and it would be a 5 year contract.

I don't know who runs Fullscreen, but sooner or later it's gonna hurt them that they don't care about their partners. If just they gave me clear word.

"We won't terminate your partnership, seeing as that wouldn't benefit us, and we don't have enough mutual respect that we would do you that gesture. We want you to re-new your contract, and if you're not willing we'll have to let you go when your current contract runs out"

That I can totally accept, however the fact that they won't even talk to me, or reply to my messages.
 
Throw penguins at them!!! That always get people to listen to you, or shout real real real loud out them.... maybe even a video to them specifically?

I understand how you feel Shane has told you correctly who runs fullscreen he is indeed the co founder from my knowledge. My partner manager doesn't respond sometimes and it irritates me so what i do is just contact fullscreen support and truthfully fullscreen support is very FAST at responding to there emails i have emailed them back and forth today they responded in like 5-10 mins not kidding and make sure when you tell them what's going on you are very descriptive and provide your channel name so they can do the best to assist you. Hope the best for you at getting in contact with your partner manager and remember it is advised in some cases to always check that spam folder as messages may accidently deliver there. Good luck if you need any help we yttalkers will try to help you to the best of our ability if we can't then the company will.:)

Actually that's a great idea, I haven't.

I'll try my secret plan, upload a video revealing their awful support, and their lack of delicassy towards their partners, and also informing people of networks with higher CPM, and higher splits that they can join with lower requirements.

Then perhaps remove the video if they treated me so kindly to terminate my contract.
 
Sad to read what you are going through but hopefully it gets resolved, 5 year contract is crazy!!! Good luck on your new partnership if they ever respond to you!!!
