It's a good point about false flagging, that's going to be everywere if trademarking concepts is a thing.

I think being able to trademark something as vague as "React" videos is just silly. People have been reacting to stuff for a long time on YouTube, even since before the Fine Bros were around.

My main concern with possible future trademarking lies with the big companies. Companies like Nintendo and Viacom (who already have a history of being over-aggressive in copyright claiming) could file for trademarking and effectively sweep the monetary "carpet" beneath the feet of many content creators.
