Holler at those who have tried to eat at Larsian Fuente, in Cebu City, Philippines. I know that it is not the most sanitary place to eat and that there better barbecue and grill places all around the city like AA BBQ or Neo Neo, but you have not tasted everything in Cebu unless this has been checked off on your list. Have you ever heard the song "Cebu" song that is normally being played on air constantly on January during the Sinulog festival? This place is mentioned in the song because everyone who wants to experience Cebu should try to go there at least once. 
Nobody does chicken skin like Larsian Fuente does and that 'dicer" sauce... Mmmmm-mmmm.....
