Last time I heard they didn`t, but that was back when then had a forums that wasn`t being super controlled... (They delete threads about payments and CPM now etc)....

Im not really knowligable about the matter, but dont all networks have to have licenses to be able to monetise?
If they didnt have them, how can they monetise CoD videos?

I would imagine so, yes. Although I think licenses are per company and not for gaming in general but I could be wrong.

Per publisher and no, not every network has them, you have to email the publishers one by one..

They have 'cause the last CEO said that.. search the TGN forums and there is a message from the last CEO that they have the licenses of major game publishers. I seen that thread 'cause I'm searching for it as well after I joined TGN
