Hello again....

First, I want to say that I don't how can I release my channel by my own (if I can?).... because all my videos are claimed and my earnings still disabled (TGN).

On June 2th, I asked TGN to release my two channels (j0semanu46 & josemanu46).....my petition was accepted and according with their contract.... you're going to get release after 30 days of your notice.... it's already July 7th.... and ONLY 1 Channel (j0semanu46) was released.

My other channel (josemanu46) still with BroadBandTV right now.... I already explained to them that I don't want to stay with the network.

I already sent 2 messages to support and didn't get an answer...... this is the last answer I received from TGN Support...

"As stated before, your channel's partnership with TGN has been terminated. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Cheers,"

They keep saying that my channel was released... but all my videos are claimed.... so, what can I do?

Contact TGN.

*Advice of the year*[DOUBLEPOST=1373260196,1373260118][/DOUBLEPOST]I heard TGN has horrific partner support. It's good to know you can leave the network whenever you want though. I'd wait for like TGS or something if i were you.. a network actually worth something. TGN has gone downhill for a while now. If partner support isn't doing anything for you... you're out of luck.

I completely doubt this would be the issue, since I'd imagine they'd have all their partners on an easily-arrangable database, but my first thought is that they didn't realize that you were talking about 2 channels since the channel names are so similar (YTTalk's font doesn't help, I thought you had posted the same name twice at first XD). I also noticed in your quote from them they did word it as if they were only discussing one channel. If that is the issue, I'd be amused :p

haha.... could be the biggest fail of the year :) .... but all TGN Partners use a TGN ID for all of our channels with BroadBandTV, they are all linked with the TGN ID.... but still remains a possibility that they got confused that I was talking about my 2 channels....

Since the day one, I told them to release my two channels; then they asked me for my TGN ID, and boom, problem solved...... well, the problem is not solved yet, because one of my channel still with TGN and I think that only the network can release me, right?.....

I don't believe that's the case, I was with them and got unpartnered after 30 days, including weekends
