Support on Pop Song Covers!

I wonder if Maker Gen will be able to obtain permission for my pop song covers on YouTube? I recently found out that Fullscreen will be able to do so but I've been rejected due to some problems so I wonder if Maker Gen can do the same as Fullscreen, allowing me to access Billboard Pop Songs and cover them? I will need to use the original track, because I'm doing drum covers!

Well, I've noticed that a lot of big Youtubers having a channel that covers pop songs and they still make a living off it, so there's definitely a network out there that must let you! Maybe Maker Gen is the one
