Stuck daily earning stats Fullscreen partners

Hi folks,

My Fullscreen dashboard daily earning stats have been stuck since 19th January. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Is this normal? Thanks.

Apparently there's a spot of lag at the moment, and apparently nothing to worry about! Couldn't hurt to e-mail them though.

Ours is stuck on the 19th. Heard from a few others that are either on the 19th or 24th. It will eventually update or you can email support@fullscreen.net

Thanks guys. I sure did email support and was replied it'd be updated in 24-48 hours and sure enough earning stats is now up to date.

Yeah just email their support team. They reply within 24 hours.

1. You've been fully linked to Fullscreen. (via YouTube)
2. You've been "claiming" videos for more than 1 week (8 full days)
3. You're referring to "Daily Estimated Earnings" (not "all-time revenue" which updates monthly)

Then...

Go ahead and email Support with your channel name and details.

If you already emailed Support previously about this issue, then...

1. Check your spambox (email account sent from and Fullscreen account email to be safe)
2. Reply to the previous Support Ticket email and let them know you still need a response.

3. You're referring to "Daily Estimated Earnings" (not "all-time revenue" which updates monthly): Talking about Daily Estimated Earnings and not revenue.
