Step by Step for Partner Ship?

Hello, my channel is almost 30 days old, so I have applied to several networks, and I'm waiting for the answers. I have not done anything else other that posting videos and applying to network. So how about ad scene account? Can I make an account right now or I have to wait the answers? Do I have to enable monetize button now? Anyway please tell me step by step.
 
There is no short cut, or easy way to get partnership. You must work for it. Put all your effort into it, and good things will come your way.
 
you should be grow more. (cant see youre views/(total and your subs).

but the most networks(big&good one) partnered a channel if it stable and has lifed for 6 month and more
 
1 month is a very very short time. It might be a bit too soon o be thinking about partnerships right now. Let your channel grow and flourish more.
 
You can go ahead and set up an adsense account before you get a partnership. Although you should grow a lot more before applying to any networks really.

It is OK. If anything they will just no accept you. If any of them do you can decline if that is what you want. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it :).

Edit: I just checked your channel and you are doing quite well for just about a month :D. You might not have to worry about it.
