Starting a channel

Hello, this is my very first post, I have questions regarding partnering to YT or on a network.
I'm in the Philippines, in case my channel grows(say at least on requirement level) what network would be best for me? where can I see a list of country that has information about CPM and stuffs.

CPM difference per channel.

Networks can offer you a cpm rate but this does not mean your channel actually will meet this cpm rate.

You will not find that information anywhere. CPM rates can vary even within the same network. You might get 'X' one week and 'Y' another.

Hey, thanks for the reply, I''ll post on her profile, I don't have any videos on my YT yet. but I'm planning to do some hilarous videos, like pranks, awkward/embarrassing stuffs

so being on Philippines isn't a problem after all? I've read that CPM will depend on where your viewers at, on my case, I'm predicting that most of my viewers will be on the Philippines- w/c I'm thinking a low rate country.
