You're probably going to need more than 32 views before you think about sponsorships. People aren't really going to want to pay you money if you don't have anything to offer them in return (and if you don't have a decent amount of viewers, there's really no value).

Yeah, this ^. The same goes for networks and partnerships, I'm afraid. You need to make it worth while for someone to work with/support you, and often sponsery type people look at numbers. Find some people at around the same view or sub count as you and work together. But maybe think of something more specific than your post. Make it easy for someone to work with you.
