Special effect software ?

When this happens to me it's the software lagging because it's taking up memory while editing.

Have tried just saving your project and seeing if it plays smoothly through something like Windows Media Player?
Other than that I have no idea.

Wow. Its not working at all. Had to restart the whole editing on another software. Yesss
