I added my youtube email to an old adsense account..my video is monetized so when will the money be available? Do i have to do something extra to get paid?

Also fullscreen has asked me to become a partner with them but in doing so i have to unmonetize the video so they can do it by third party...my question is will i still get paid for the 160k views i already have if i click unmonetize?
 
You will get paid every end of the month. via check or paypal. No I don't think you will. I would wait till the end of the month (till you get paid) then switch over but keep your options open, Fullscreen isn't the best out there.

There are networks that can offer you up to a 90/10 split, but that does not make them the best. Their are many other components to picking a network.
 
I've just started on youtube and monetized my videos. what type of numbers of views will i need to make money and how much will i make per milestone?

You only get paid for views, nothing else. 25-45% of your views will be monetized. You will make somewhere from $1-$10 per 1000 monetized views. There is also a $100 payment threshold. So to get paid be Adsense, you need 10,000-100,000 monetized views. You will probably need 75,000 views to actually get paid. (estimated of course but should be a general place to aim for)
