Some questions regarding Partnership?

My channel is a multipurpose channel (meaning I will upload vlogs, music covers, tags, rants, skits) and I've had this channel for almost a month now. I've accumulated nearly 2000 total views and 70 subscribers with 4 videos. My first two videos have had their sound removed because I'm not satisfied with them since they were my beginner videos.

I had a channel with 600 subscribers back in 2010, but that was back when you had to go through a series of processes to become a partner. Now, I'm not so sure what the requirements are.

All I know is that it's not as hard to get partnered now, and so people can get partnered with 84 views a day (with some network I read?)

Can someone please clarify what privileges I will receive if I do get partnered with a network?
Will it enable thumbnails, banners, etc?

Also, if you have a network suggestion, it'd be appreciated. I am not looking to get partnered now (since it will give me problems in the long run if I get partnered without a lot of views per day), but will be in the near future.

Creator X requires good content about 75-100 views daily minimum
RPM Network and DaWorldTV require 84 views daily minimum

Yes, being with a network does enable banners, thumbnails, livestreaming, and the other branding features that you may or may not have currently. Also, you will be getting paid by them instead of YT. That said, I would wait to partner until the next YouTube update. It is coming in the next few days and it will unlock many features for unpartnered channels, so their may not be a point to it. Creator X and Socialblade are good networks that will accept that point. Socialblade requires 84 views per day. Creator X is generally around 100.

I think more will be unlocked, but it is confirmed that clickable banners will be for everyone as well as custom thumbnails.
