Software reviews, NFR licenses and YT content declaration

This is a first time for me: a "compensated" review screencast.
I'm about to create a review video for a piece of music software which I've received a free NFR (not for resale) license for reviewing. The license is a value of approx. 60 USD.

Do I have to check "This video contains paid promotion such as paid product placement, sponsorships or endorsement" in the "Content declaration" section of the advanced metadata for that video?
Or is it sufficient to show a short subtitle text like "Disclaimer: I've received an NFR license of <program name> for doing this review." for a couple of seconds?

What do you think about this?
 
I'd do both, and clearly state you received a Not For Resale License. Note also that depending on the software developer, you may not be able to use this NFR sotware to create a monetized video. Ask them before you post your review if you are indeed planning to monetize this review video and the video shows your actual use of the software including output of production content.
