It takes time. I signed a week ago and I am still waiting myself. They have quite a few people to get through, don't worry nothing's wrong with your Partnership or anything

it takes a wile to come back, after that you need to send a letter to youtube (after RPM tell you to) requesting to link accounts then on your dashboard you will have an invite to RPM network, then your partner features will show up

Quite a bit, they gain about 80 partner a day that`s alot to go through , so just be patient

It took me like 3 days for the whole process, but I was partnered by them before they got so big. Glad to see SB growing, but that is quite a wait. Just be patient.
