I don't know how to say this but it is quite dull, it looks like you just got some pictures off google and added plain text under it. It really doesn't make the idea of learning about science, economics and technology exciting in any way.
Probably the best way to make it more appealing is use a better editing program like photoshop or the GIMP, it will really spruce it up, and go for HQ images. I know from your intro that the white, plain theme is a given, but you could consider a splash of colour.
One idea I've come up with as a suggestion for a design is a numerical pattern faint but visible on the white, possibly then merging with a graph motif and then scientific diagrams.
 
Hi, the banner looks to pixelated.
But the intro is kind of nice, but it is shaky and try to disable maintain aspect ratio when you make your videos :)
 
Some of the image is cut off and the resolution is not so great :L Your trailer was okay but the way it kept moving about made it seem like something wasn't right.

The banner looks like you made it in microsoft paint in like 4 minutes, everything is very blurry and pixelated. The intro looks like you spend 4 minutes on that as well. Sorry, I don't like it. It needs a lot of work.
 
I do like you "join me, let's learn" line. Very positive and upbeat. :) The banner isn't very clear and the stuff is kind of floating everywhere.
