There might be matched 3rd party content in your videos, but try other networks. Fullscreen is good but it might not be the right network for you so look at other networks and do more research.

When my channel was just starting out, i applied to Fullscreen & i always got an email back saying "Sorry, we're unable to partner you at this time….". Then, i started making more videos , getting those views up and subscribers up and it worked Now i'm a Fullscreen partner Just keep making videos and you'll get to the point of partnership.

Keep working on producing content i wasn't accepted into fullscreen right away i was rejected but then i kept working hard and now i am partnered this just goes to show that hard work really does pay off. Since you said you were rejected and account is in good standing then i would have to say do you have commentary in your videos??
