Hey guys,

As the title says,
I signed a termination agreement with my network, and I still haven't been released.
They legally have to release me no?

The agreement should state how long they have to release you. It usually doesn't happen right away.
 
Usually it can take up to a month for a termination agreement to take affect and the network to release you from their CMS, what network are you with? and did they state how long it will take to release you?
 
Is your contract up ? What network are you with ? If not , then they won't let you go (or you can be really really really nice to the representative if you're still on a contract). If yes, then you should be released from the network & contact a representaive of the network :) good luck :cool:
 
Just as an interesting aside, it doesn't take a month to disconnect a channel. They do that to retain earnings for "just a bit longer". I had a channel unlinked within a few hours.

isnt it usually like a release period before they release you. 1 month or something

BBTV has done the same thing to me. A whole 30 days is ultimately unnessecary and honestly, as a business I see why they do it. ;)
 
Yeah most networks then release you in 30 days, its another way to squeeze every penny out of you before you go!
