SIgn in message constantly appearing when not logged in

When I use my browser to view multiple videos without logging into Youtube I get a message to log in everytime a the next video plays. I noticed this on March-23-2021 and this never happened before.
My ISP provider made several updates this month and I want to know if it related or is this now how Youtube intends to function.Screen Shot 2021-03-24 at 3.09.33 AM.png
 
where are you from? At the very least what country? That's pretty important when talking about things like ISP changes and youtube feature roll outs.
Where are you? What ISP are you using (if you don't mind sharing)? Which device are you connecting from?
I personally have never seen this screen before. I'm in the New England region of the United States.
