Other Shoutout On My Channel!!

this is a perfect example of subs count not matching view counts. the guy has <5 views each video, but has 200 subs. how?
 
Sorry bro not going to do this just so you can get subs. in all honesty if none of your "Subscribers" actually watch the shoutouts the series has no benefit to anyone looking to grow their channel.
