I have 3rd party copyright on some of my videos not all but I heard that youtube partners can sing or dance to any backing tracks without getting those strikes and having there audio muted is that true what do you all think? if I lose my youtube I would panic and freak out a lot
 
Try applying to Fullscreen. They have signed a deal with UMPG thus allowing FAM musicians to cover A LOT of songs, this is your best bet, I'm also aiming for it haha. :D
 
People own the rights to those songs. You need to find out which songs are being allowed to be performed and which networks have the rights to particular songs.

If you dont have strikes and 20% 3rd party content and 80% original content, now can you get partnered?
and the 3rd party shows "Available and Playable"

There's a green button on the top left corner of this site saying "Apply to Fullscreen", click on that. ;) Also just google "Fullscreen UMPG" for more information, sorry but I can't put any links in my comment. :/
 
33 videos out of 153 have the 3rd party content most are old videos though[DOUBLEPOST=1367135329,1367135212][/DOUBLEPOST]I applied to fullscreen:)
