Should I Partner With SocialBlade???

Go to their chat and ask there, anyone with a @/% infront of their names are staff/mod/admin and are very helpful. Also go to support.socialblade.com and submit a ticket for any other unanswered questions!
 
I suggest going with RPM, they are the same as Socialblade but you have to option to get into Maker/TGS when you grow! :) Best network around.

livestreaming isn`t guaranteed , you`re just added to a waiting list.
not much promotion
RPMs are decent but not great
store feature isn`t guaranteed

About your cons, Youtube has already removed the store feature for every channel back in November, and at least in RPM Youtube gave live streaming to everybody with their account in good standing.

About the support thing. Socialblade support always answered me within 2 days. You can also email rpm directly, and they replied within 24 hours most of the time for me. The promotion was not that great though I do agree. The thing on the SB website didn't seem to help much at all.
 
I honestly go into chat and directly get my support from a staff member of SocialBlade... I don't bother with tickets or emails :D
