Hi all,
I have been with Zoomin.TV for over a week now and already I'm not happy with this network at all. Their support is terrible. I have sent 2 emails to them regarding 2 different subjects and not one of them has been answered. I was told that they were busy, yeah I can understand that, but it shouldn't take 7 working days to reply to an email or two? I was also told to talk to them on twitter, I tried that, they did reply, however they avoided my questions. I also asked if support will answer my emails once their dashboard comes out... "No comment" was the reply I got... What the hell is this?
