Should I get a partnership?

So I'm 14 and i haven't made a video inwhile just recently I got a jump in subscribers and now I'm inspired and hooked! So, first off Ive got like 1.2k views and like 140 subs is that a pretty good subs:views ratio? Second off I will now be making videos every wensday or saturday! So think I have what it takes? And would my parents have to do tax stuff for what I make since im underage? Oh! One more thing for you other partners! Can you get like direct deposit to a google wallet or like prepaid credit card!? Thanks ^.^ FYI Im a partner I mean network partnership!
 
I would give it a while before becoming a partner, as you may scare away some subs due to ads, learned that from experience with my old channel hehe, the view to sub rate is also quite good. The way the money being paid to you usually works in through google adsense. which will pay you once you reach a threshold of a certain amount of money which is why i wouldn't bother just yet because on my old channel i had 1800 subscribers and around 30000 views yet i had only hit around £20 in a year of having ads. Nope, you don`t even nearly have the views for it.

As for the tax, you`d have only earned 1-3$ for all your total views so far, you need to earn 1000 times that to be even thinking of tax :p

Thanks for the feedback! But if I were to try for a partnership anyway would you recommend anyone Networks for the new guys? Thanks again ^.^
 
I suggest you should wait a little longer, if you want to join a network..
But if you just want the custom thumbnails, become a youtube partner by just enabling monetization! ;)
 
Honestly no where near enough views in terms of ratio. My two previous channels had 190 subs - 100,000 video views and 124 subs with 12,000 views. How many videos did you get this in which is quite important.
 
At this stage all partnering would do is reduce your earnings whilst providing little to no benefits especially with the forced change to the new one channel layout coming soon.
