Should I find a partner network?

Undiscovered....
I'm one of the old YouTube partners - so have channel banner options etc.
I make money via Adsense. If I was to partner with another network how does it work? Will I keep my Adsense earnings as well? Or should I stick with YouTube and Adsense?

I get around 3-4k+ views a day.

Depends do you want a network or are you happy with what you're doing right now? Network is only good for game videos and if you still want banner etc. But you already have the banner so I don't see a reason to join a network.

I personally would recommend sticking with YouTube unless you are absolutely certain that a Network can benefit your channel in the long run. I have a channel directly with YouTube and won't ever link it with a Network, I want the freedom for that channel. Even though I may be able to regain partnership if I leave the Network by getting YouTube to re-link the channel to my CMS it's not a guarantee so best on my own with that channel!

So unless they were actually going to promote you and get you a wider audience (Networks generally do not promote you widely, minor promotion maybe via facebook or twitter) there isn't much point.

I'm sorry but I completely disagree LOL

It depends how much you make . If you would be in a network and if you would gain like 4k views. It normally equals = 8 dollars ( Depends on CPM ) . CPM can be from 1-8 dollars , and then a network takes a cut. If you want smaller cuts go with Fullscreen ,but first contact them about the cut. But normally they take 60/40 [ Not fullscreen, RPM , BentPixels ], or 70/30 cut [Fullscreen , N4GTV (FRom 30k views/day) so you would get:
4.5 $ /day with 60/40 split. If fullscreen doesn't offer you 80/20 i suggest growing as a normal YouTube Partner! Goodluck!

And a question : How many views/day do i need to get into YouTube partnership?

Yes, but it will only benefit you if you go to a network that sell ad spaces themselves as they'll make you more than you are currenttly

Ehem get your facts right, bentpixel`s networks offer 80/20 with some of the highest CPMs and I don`t know about the other ones but Vultra offer promotions in return for really high CPMs (similar to fullscreens gorilla program)...

Ah, so I would have to give up the youtube partnership to partner with another network?!
If so I'll probably pass and stick with youtube. Pretty happy with how much I make and its continuing to grow as well - I just thought I could partner with another network as well as youtube! Lol
