No, you're not going to make any money by being on that network seeing how few views you have. They have a $50 threshold for you to reach before you can make any actual money and it seems as though you won't meet it.

I was accepted by RPM and I only have 75 subs and 850 daily views and I was only accepted a couple of days ago so give it a shot! Worse thing that could happen is that you get denied and you have to try again later

They only reasons you'll get denied is if you have strikes or is a very new channel. RPM is accepting more or less everyone.
