You should wait and then apply to Creator X. If you manage to get an offer from Fullscreen, it will be one with a longer term and lower split than that offered by Creator X, so there's really no point in going directly with Fullscreen.

Why would creator X pay more if they're a sub network under full screen? Or am I wrong.
