Should I accept this from Machinima?

I got contacted for a partnership and they are offering a 75/25 split and a 60/40 split for live streaming. It is also a 3 year contract. At first I just ignored it and now they are saying that if I sign by the end of this week I get a 80/20 split.
 
Edit : I'm an idiot and didn't read the title completely. That sounds like a great deal,but the 3 years lockdown....
 
I just got offered a 50/50 split... which I laughed at. 80/20 is quite good but I heard Machinima was doing pay cuts to all their partners and turning down the split ratio. So 80/20 doesn't exactly sound right to me. If that's the case that is one of the best split ratios I've seen from a network and makes me wonder why people have been complaining about the pay cuts.
 
80/20 is a good split but the question is do you really want to be committed to machinima for 3 years. It's a pretty long time.
 
I'm reading that as .. They approached you with an offer .. You ignored the email and they continued to negotiate. If that's the case I would call that textbook desperation and unprofessional business practice. LOL
