Sharing Videos(Game) Online, is it legal?

Hey guys I have this idea to share(making it permissible to download) video footage of games online through a blog or through videos I made. Is that ok?

I don't think it's legal, unless You get explicit permission from the game creators to do so. Youtube allows uploading gameplay videos but only under certain rules. Making them available for download is a different matter.
