RPM supports Gaming Channel!?

Could you give a bit more of a description by what you mean?
I assume you're asking if being partnered with RPM lets you monetise and make money from your videos.
If that's what you mean, then yes .:)
 
No network has gaming licences (what i have learnt from this forum :D) you have to email and ask them for permission also you should be able just to claim the video under Fair Use!

Just Google "Fair Use" or there is probably a thread somewhere on this forum about it!
 
Yes, you can monetize gaming videos with them. But must I warn you, DO NOT upload videos with the latest games with cutscenes on it, you might get screwed.

Do you mean the videos with only cutscenes such as Metal gear solid 10 hour all cutscenes film? Or like the Lego Batman full movie cutscenes? Heh
 
Well, most video game developers and publishers don't want their new games to be spoiled in public so they will take it down most likely. A lot of huge YouTube Gamers including Toby didn't include cutscenes on his LA Noire let's play. So yeah, you got the idea?
 
Uploading a cutscene is copyright infringement, because you are uploading a video created by someone else. If you are playing the game, it can be considered fair use, because it is your motions on their graphics with your commentary. Still though, you can get hit by copyright strikes or more commonly claims. That said, you should be fine in the most part. Just don't upload new games, Microsoft endorsed games, or games by Rockstar Games.
