The contract says that they 60/40, but seeing the profit sharing does not seem 60/40

already sent some emails asking for answer and nothing, in my opinion is the worst partnership that already had

Remember that you are referring to total earnings. (Your Gross Earnings)

RPM are not the only ones who will take a cut of your money, YouTube itself takes a good cut of your revenue too 45% of it. Take that off and you get your net earnings. Then take your network's cut, which is the 40% and the 60% of that is what you will receive.

Not only that, are them views your total views? Because you will only earn money off those which are monetized.

Those estimated views don't mean anything. It isn't a set-in-stone account of what you'll get.

Secondly, not all views are monetised, so earnings may be lower than 'estimated'.

Thirdly, the split is 60/40 less the takings that are owed to YouTube, more than likely. It will probably say this somewhere in your contract.

Fourthly, you're breaching your contract giving monetary specifics. Just so you know.

Like we said before the views does not say anything about your earnings. It's about the ad displays, views of the ads, ad clicks etc that makes the earning.
