Yes they do pay through PayPal, basically every network does.

If you are based outside the US its the only payment method. I think in the US there are other methods of payment but as we are based in the UK we had to go with PayPal only.

RPM does pay by paypal. In the US there are some other payment types but abroad it is only paypal. Also you have to achieve the 50$ threshold before getting paid

Outside of the US can get Paypal or Check. US can get Check, or wire transfer. They would probably do paypal, but they defiantly prefer the wire transfer in the US.
